Returns

At Saltwater Cowboys, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • Returned with original tags attached

Items sent back that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted merchandise
  • Limited edition drops
  • Hats
  • Drinkware
  • Swimwear
  • Gift cards
  • Seasonal/holiday item

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at retail@saltwater-cowboys.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right quickly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, email us at admin@saltwater-cowboys.com with:

    • Your order number
    • Full name
    • Reason for return or exchange
    • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
